Nestled in the thriving city of Jonesboro, Georgia, Greater St. Peter African Methodist Episcopal Church is recognized as one of the most prominent ministries among the churches in Clayton County and in the city of Atlanta, Georgia as a whole. Through the grace and mercy of God, Greater St. Peter has made significant strides since her very existence over 90 years ago. Her history has always been rich from one generation to another.

The mission of Greater St. Peter AME Church is to win persons to Jesus and adoption into the family of God, enhance their Christian maturity and train them for their ministry in the body of Christ and a life communicating the word of God in order that God alone may be glorified.

Pastor And Sister Waddy We are committed to the Person of Jesus Christ and the Power of the Holy Spirit. We base all teachings on the revealed Word of God, the Bible.
